Find Your Rhythm Music and Movement Morning

Come and join us for a beautiful morning of music, movement and great company. Find Your Rhythm will be running a session designed for children 0-5 with a range of experiences they can all enjoy. The session will be a mix of lively and calm so that there will be something for everyone. 
 

This session will be in the crèche room from 9-10:30. After that, members are invited to continue their play and chats at the playground and cafe area at the same venue. (You're also welcome to head there at any time if your children need to run.)
 

Please bring a little mat for non mobile babies to sit/ lie on. 
 

Please be mindful of our youngest members and expectant families and stay home if you are unwell at all. If this is a success we'll definitely do it again so that no one misses out entirely.
